In this article, you'll find all the information you need to import your transactions from DEGIRO to Finbooks via CSV.


What to upload

To connect DEGIRO to Finbooks, you’ll need the Account Statement CSV. This file contains the full history of your DEGIRO account, including trades, cash movements, and fees.

⚠ You must import the complete history of your DEGIRO account

The Account Statement must cover the entire period of account usage, from the first day you used DEGIRO until the date you generate the report.

If the full history cannot be downloaded in a single export, make sure that all uploaded files together cover the full period without gaps.


How to download the Account Statement CSV

Follow these steps to download the CSV file from DEGIRO.

  1. log in to your DEGIRO account

  2. open the Inbox section

  3. click on the tab Account statements

  4. set the date range. As start date, select the first day you started using DEGIRO. As end date, select today’s date (or yesterday)

  5. select CSV as the export format

  6. generate the report

  7. download the CSV file to your device
