Connect Revolut TradFi to Finbooks via CSV file

🟣 User guide for Traditional Finance

In this article, you'll find all the information you need to import your transactions from Revolut to Finbooks via CSV file.

What you need to upload to Finbooks

To connect Revolut to Finbooks, you need to upload the following statements depending on the activity carried out on the app and the products used:

  • Brokerage account

  • Commodities

  • CFDs

⚠️ You must import the complete history of your Revolut account
The Account Statement must cover the entire period of account usage, from the first day you used Revolut until the date you download the report. If the full history cannot be downloaded in a single file, you can upload multiple CSV files, as long as together they cover the whole period without gaps.

How to download the Revolut statements

Follow these steps to download Excel files from Revolut:

  1. open the Revolut app on your smartphone

  2. from the menu at the bottom, select Invest

  3. click on More, then select Statements

  4. click on Brokerage account

  5. click on Statement, select CSV as format and set the desired time range

  6. lastly, click on the Generate button

ℹ️ Request for additional files

Repeat the procedure described above for Commodities and CFDs files if you have also used that type of financial product.
