In case you'd need to cancel a previously booked call, or simply to reschedule it to a date/time that better fits your needs, the following article explains how to proceed.


How to reschedule or cancel a call

Follow these simple instructions to rischedule or cancel your video calls:

  1. log in to Finbooks, then hover your mouse over the name of your plan and click on Services

  2. on the new page click on See details in the Chat with an expert on a video call section

  3. in the Bookings section, click on the Reschedule button to access the calendar and choose a new date

  4. now accept the Terms and Conditions for call cancellation and refunds, confirm your email address, and finally click the Update event button

  5. If you’d prefer to cancel the booking, click on the bin icon, then confirm your choice by clicking on Cancel video call
