hover the mouse over your account name at the bottom left, then click on Get video call support

in the new screen click on the button Explore video call options button

you will be taken to your videocall support section, where you can click on the Discover options button

in the new modal, select the desired option then click on the Add (h) of premium assistance

complete checkout by typing both payment and billing details as shown in the image below, then click on Pay € xxx,oo

done! you have just bought you call/package ready to be used
