How to book a video call
Follow these quick guide in order to book a support call:
hover the mouse on your account name at the bottom left, then click on Book a video call
in the new page click on the green button Book a video call and select the desired option between 30 or 60 minute
pick a date and confirm the time from the calendar, then click on Next
lastly confirm your name and email, tick the boxes to accept the cancellation and refund terms and finally click on the Schedule event button
your booking will appear in the dedicated Bookings section of your account
