How to cancel your renewal
Follow these simple steps in order to cancel your subscription:
hover the mouse over your account name, then click on Account
in the Subscription tab, click on the Cancel renewal button placed inside the Plan details section
choose a reason for cancelling by selecting one of the options from the dropdown menu
open the Proceed to cancel plan section and confirm the choice by clicking on Cancel renewal
