What to upload

To connect Capital.com to Finbooks, you'll need the trading history export CSV. This file contains your orders, dividends, transactions, and interest.

⚠ You must import the complete history of your Capital.com account
The export must cover the entire period of account usage, from the first day you started using Capital.com until the date you generate the export.

If the full history cannot be downloaded in a single export, make sure that all uploaded files together cover the full period without gaps.


How to download the CSV file

Follow these steps to download the CSV file from Capital.com:

  1. log in to your account and click on Report from the left sidebar menu

  2. leave the Trading tab active, select the timeframe and lastly click on Send report

  3. you will receive the file in your email inbox ready to download
