If you receive the notification Your data may not be up to date, it means that Finbooks has detected that one or more of your connections have not been updated recently.
The notification is a reminder to review your connections and take the necessary action to ensure your data stays up to date and to prevent the reminder from appearing again in the future.
Is any action required?
Yes. Click the Manage connections button within the notification banner to review your connections and choose one of the two available actions: update the connection or lock the connection.
Update the connection to retrieve the latest data and keep it synchronized
Lock the connection if you no longer need to update it and want to keep its data as it is
Taking one of these actions will remove the reminder for that connection.
