How to create API credentials on Luno.com

Follow these simple steps to connect your Luno. account to our software and import all your transactions into your Finbooks profile:

in the top right corner, click on Profile

assign your API key a name, for example, “Finbooks”

under Permissions, select Read-only access

keep the Restrict IP address and Set expiry date boxes unchecked

copy and store your API keys in a safe place

1. log into your Luno account
 
2. in the top right corner, click on Profile
 
3. select Security
 
4. select API keys
 
5. select Create API key
 
6. assign your API key a name, for example, “Finbooks”
 
7. under Permissions, select Read-only access
 
8. keep the Restrict IP address and Set expiry date boxes unchecked
 
9. lastly, click on Next
 
10. copy and store your API keys in a safe place
