- trades for Crypto.com API connection can only be synced for the last 6 months
- the Crypto.com API only returns staking transactions from the last 6 months
- Supercharger transactions, Dust Conversion, and CRO reward transactions are not provided by the Crypto.com exchange API

How to create API credentials on Crypto.com

Follow these simple steps to connect your Crypto.com account to our software and import all your transactions into your CryptoBooks profile:

on Crypto.com click on the profile icon at the top right corner of your screen

complete the authentication process required by the exchange

check the box can read under API Restrictions

once the security check is completed Crypto.com will show you two keys that you need to copy and store in a safe place because you will not be able to retrieve them in the future

1. on Crypto.com click on the profile icon at the top right corner of your screen
 
2. click on Settings
 
3. click on API keys
 
4. click on Create new API key
 
5. complete the authentication process required by the exchange
 
6. check the box can read under API Restrictions 
 
7. once the security check is completed Crypto.com will show you two keys that you need to copy and store in a safe place because you will not be able to retrieve them in the future
