How to create API credentials on Kraken
Follow these simple steps to connect your Kraken account to our software and import all your transactions into your Finbooks profile:
on Kraken, click on the profile icon at the top right corner of the screen

from the dropdown menu click on Kraken+
now click on Connections & API
click on Create API keys
you will be required to move to Kraken Pro to proceed, by clicking on the Go to Kraken Pro button
in the next page click on Create API key
in the final step, assign a name to your keys, grant the permissions shown
in image below and lastly click on Generate Key
once the security procedure is complete, Kraken will display two keys. Make sure to copy and store them in a safe place, as you wonât be able to retrieve them later:
