In this article, you'll find all the information you need to import your transactions from Revolut to Finbooks via CSV.
â ïž You must import the complete history of your Revolut account
The Account Statement must cover the entire period of account usage, from the first day you used Revolut until the date you generate the report.
If the full history cannot be downloaded in a single export, make sure that all uploaded files together cover the full period without gaps.
â ïž Accounting from Revolut (Crypto) may not be fully accurate because of limitations on Revolut (Crypto)âs side. Please see the issues below and consider manual checks if needed.
Due to rounding in the Revolut (Crypto) CSV files, small errors may occur.
Reward transactions are not available in the Revolut (Crypto) CSV files.
How to download the Revolut CSV file
Follow these steps to download a CSV file from Revolut:
open the Revolut app on your smartphone
tap on Crypto in the bottom menu.
on the new screen, tap More
select Documents, then Statement
choose the Excel format (the file will still be generated as a CSV)
select the period (choose from the beginning if this is your first connection to Finbooks)
finally, tap Generate
you will receive the requested file in the app
