â ïž You must import the complete history of your Criptan account
The Account Statement must cover the entire period of account usage, from the first day you used Criptan until the date you generate the report.
If the full history cannot be downloaded in a single export, make sure that all uploaded files together cover the full period without gaps.
How to download the Criptan CSV file
Follow these steps to download a CSV file from Criptan:
login into your Criptan account
tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner
go to the Your Profile section
select the Tax Reporting option
click on the Send File button
you will receive an email with a link to download a CSV file containing all your Criptan account transactions
