Read this guide to understand the meaning of the information contained in the All Transactions Report.
Header
On the first page of the report, the following information is displayed from top to bottom:
Logo and name of Finbooks
Report title
Date of request and user email
Transaction count divided in: incoming, outgoing and trade
Period (from - to)
Accounting country
Resume of your transactions
Shows the full list of all tokens/assets included in the report and the number of transactions each of them was involved in.
Report Details
Transactions are grouped by token and each row displays the following information.
The following apply to Incoming and Outgoing
type of transactions: incoming, outgoing or trade
transaction category: such as trading, staking, trasnsfer or airdrop to name a few
amount: the number of units of the token
connection: name of the connection the transaction comes from
unit price: the value of one unit of the token
value: the fiat value of the transaction
date: date ad time of when the transaction occured
transaction ID: to locate and retrieve the transaction in your Finbooks account
The following apply to Trades
currency IN: the token bought in the trade
amount IN: the number of units of the token bought
currency OUT: the token sold in the trade
amount OUT: the number of units of the token sold
capital gain: the gain/loss generated by the transaction
fee currency: the currency used to pay the commission
fee amount: number of units of the token spent as a fee
fee value: fiat value of the fee paid
fee charging price: cacquisition cost of the fee amount spent
â ïž Transactions are listed by token, and in the case of trades, the same transaction will appear on both pages for the two tokens involved.
