Follow these steps to download a CSV file from Bitstamp:

in your Bitstamp account, click on Deposit at the top of the screen

click on Deposits older than 90 days

enable all transaction types and all currencies shown on this page

select a date range that covers your entire transaction history on Bitstamp

1. in your Bitstamp account, click on Deposit at the top of the screen
 
2. click on Deposits older than 90 days
 
3. click on Export
 
4. enable all transaction types and all currencies shown on this page
 
5. select a date range that covers your entire transaction history on Bitstamp
 
6. click on Export Selection
