To import transactions from sources (wallets/exchanges) that do not support automatic connection on Finbooks via API or native CSV file, you will need to fill out a CSV file in our required format.
Users can complete the file on their own by following the instructions in this guide.
Alternatively, they can use our CSV file conversion service, and we will handle the conversion into the format accepted by the software.
How to purchase the CSV file conversion service
Follow these simple steps in order to buy the conversion service:
login into Finbooks and click on Services from the main menu at the bottom left
move to the CSV file conversion service section and click on Check price
upload the CSV file you want to convert by clicking in the Browse field Import a file, or simply drag the file into the Browse field
repeat step 3 to import additional files or click on the Calculate the price button
you will visualize the cost of the service calculated according to the number of rows to convert, finally complete the payment by clicking on Go to checkout
fill in all the required payment and billing details, then click on the Pay button to complete the purchase
you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase and you will be able to monitor the status of the work in the Services page of your account
