In this article, you'll find all the information you need to import your transactions from TradeStation to Finbooks via CSV.
What to upload
To connect TradeStation to Finbooks, you'll need to export your account activity as a Microsoft Excel (.csv) file from the TradeStation Client Center.
â ïž You must import the complete history of your TradeStation account
The report must cover the entire period of account usage, from the first day you started trading on TradeStation until the date you generate the report.
If the full history cannot be downloaded in a single export, make sure that all uploaded files together cover the full period without gaps.
â ïž TradeStation limits exports to 6 months per file
TradeStation usually restricts downloads to a maximum of 6 months per file. If you've used TradeStation for longer than that, you'll need to generate multiple exports covering different date ranges.
Make sure that all uploaded files together cover the entire period of account usage, from the first day you started using TradeStation until today, without any gaps between files.
