What it is
This initiative allows customers who choose to switch to Finbooks to receive a refund equal to the amount spent on purchasing the competing software licence.
In this way, the customer can recoup the cost already incurred and use it as a credit or discount towards the purchase of a Finbooks plan.
How it works
To take part in this initiative, follow these simple steps:
purchase a Finbooks subscription plan
send us the invoice for the software you’re switching from; you can use the chat feature in your account or send an email to: customer.support@finbooks.com
you’ll receive the refund directly via the payment method used to purchase the Finbooks plan
ℹ️ Essential requirements and applicable conditions
To be eligible for this offer, you must meet the following requirements:
The invoice for the purchase of the competing software must have been issued within the 6 months prior to the date of purchase of the Finbooks plan.
The maximum refundable amount is equal to the value of the Finbooks plan purchased.
