How to know what Resolution Method you are using
The quickest way to check your active Resolution Method is to look at the banner at the top of the main navigation menu.
Automatic fixes ON indicates Finbooks Intelligence is enabled in the account.
Automatic fixes OFF indicates manual correction mode is active.
How to switch your Resolution Method
You can change your Resolution Method once every 12 hours. To switch, follow these steps:
click on Automatic fixes On/OFF as seen in the images above
scroll down to the Error resolution method section, then click on Change
select the method you want to switch to, then click on Confirm
in the new page click on Confirm and proceed to make the change effective
